Johnny's First Pedi Appointment

Mommy took Johnny to Dr. Geja's office this morning for his first pedi appointment. We meet with Kathy, the nurse practitioner, who we love and have often seen when taking Lola. She's great!

Johnny checked out perfectly--and is up to 6 lbs. 7 1/2 oz. He goes back next week for a weight check--I remember doing this with Lola. They like to do that with babies who are nursed and it's very reassuring. We want to make sure he keeps growing strong. He'll also get the RSV vaccine every month until the season for the virus is over (March-ish). Since he's a preemie, his risk for catching it is heightened. It's going to be different not taking him out places like with did with Lola, but it's only for a few months and it's needed to keep him healthy!
