Lola & I picked up some new books at the library earlier this week (and got caught in a down-pour on the way home!). One of the books was about opposites. When we came to the page about "many vs. few", she leaped forward and tied to grab the peas off the page in an attempt to eat them! I thought this was hysterical because when she saw it, she thought it was time to eat! So not only did I have to explain the difference between many vs. few, I also had to tell her that these peas were make-believe and couldn't be eaten like real peas!
She also seems to be doing well with her sippy. We leave it in her play space with water so she can get used to drinking out of it. Once she masters it, we'll start replacing a milk bottle with a sippy. Little by little...
