Greetings from Minnesota!
The Minnesota Wallocks were in Chicago for a visit this week and we got to see them on Friday for dinner. Zoey's getting so big and cuter with each visit. We can wait until Jerry, Gretchen and Lil Miss Z are back in Chicago next spring for good!

Can't we just put her back in the box?
This post is dedicated to the first born, Ronnie II. You see, when I was born, my brother asked my mom and dad:"I don't really like the new baby. Can we put her back in the box and send her back to the hospital?"
For some reason, he thought I was a doll, came in a box and could be returned for a full refund if not 100% satisfied. Bro, you're one in a million! Sorry you're just now getting your wish...26 years later.

Home Sweet Home
St. Paddy's Day wasn't full of Guiness for us. (After having it in Ireland, nothing could really compare anyways!) It was MOVING DAY! We packed up our stuff, kissed the city bye-bye and settled in beautiful Tinley Park, Illinois! When we started dating, John said he couldn't imagine living in the suburbs. Then, as we spent more and more time with Kristen's family, he realized it wasn't so bad out here. Actually, it was pretty darn nice! So we dropped some cash and bought ourselves a pretty sweet condo is one of Tinley's nicest neighboorhoods. When Kristen was growing up, this neighboorhood was a corn field she thought ET lived in. But that's a story for another day...
HUGE THANKS to DA COACH for putting all our cool new lighting up!
A New Frontier
Hey everyone, we're offically bloggers! What a cool, new way to chronicle what's up, down and all around in our world, just in case you were wondering. Since so many of our favorite people are pretty far away, this may just be the hippest new-fangaled way to keep in touch (I know, I know, Blogs have been around for awhile now. I'm just proving how non-trendy I am!) JKH
