Bragie

Lola is playing with her Play-Doh. She has a rolling pin and what looks to be a ravioli cutter. I told her how my Bragie used to make homemade raviolis. While she was 100% Polish, she made the most delicious Italian dishes, according to my dad. (She had to stop cooking due to her stroke and I was only 7 when that happened.) Her Italian neighbors shared their recipes with her and she shared Polish ones with them.

So we pretended to make raviolis with the Play-Doh. And she affectionately re-named Bragie "Bragioli"...Maybe "Bragioli" will live a Play-Doh Spaghetti Factory set under the tree for her this Christmas...
